Private (no referral)

If you want to book a session that you pay for privately, please contact Info@wiseliving.se or call 072 993 55 88 to find out more and to be put in touch with a therapist who is suitable for you.

You book appointments with your therapist to find the best fit for you.

Prices:

Individual calls 1260 SEK/call, 45 minutes
Couple/family calls 1660 SEK/call, 60 minutes
Payment is via Swish

Psychological treatment within the psychotherapy option

You can receive psychological treatment from us under the care choice psychotherapy scheme, which means that you have the same conditions as in public healthcare. You pay a patient fee of SEK 200 per visit, and if you have a free card, treatment is free of charge. You do not have to pay a patient fee if you are under 20 years old or over 85 years old

How does it work?

1. Referral from your health center.To receive treatment within vårdval psychotherapy, you need a referral from your doctor or psychologist at the healthcare center where you are listed.
2.Assessment interview and treatment.Once we have received your referral, we will contact you and book an initial consultation where we will go through your needs and how the treatment can be designed.

Psychological treatment via insurance

Do you have private health insurance, insurance through your employer or cover in your home insurance? We have agreements with most insurance companies in Sweden, which means that you can receive psychological treatment with us through your insurance.

Here's how it works:

1. Contact your insurance company – Check if your insurance covers psychological treatment and get an approved referral or confirmation.
2.Book an appointment with us – Once your insurance company has approved the treatment, you will either receive a direct booking with us or instructions on how to book yourself.
3. Start your treatment – We offer evidence-based treatment tailored to your needs, and our licensed psychologists and psychotherapists will help you throughout the process.
