Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment – in the first instance, contact your practitioner directly. The easiest way is usually to send an SMS. If for some reason you cannot reach your practitioner, you can contact our administrator.

We ask you to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment, regardless of the reason. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, you will be charged for the call at the regular rate.

Thank you for being considerate of both your therapist and other clients waiting for an appointment.

Comments on your care

We want you to feel safe and respected as our patient. If you have comments, questions or are unhappy about something in your contact with us, it is important that you feel you can express it. There are different ways to do this, depending on what feels right for you:

Talk to your therapist

Often the best and easiest step is to raise it directly with your practitioner. Many misunderstandings or questions can be resolved in the conversation, and it allows for an open dialog and continued trust in the contact.

Contact the Head of Operations

If you are unwilling or unable to raise it with your therapist, or if you feel you have not been listened to, you can always contact our Director of Operations. We take all comments seriously and aim to deal with complaints in a respectful and professional manner.

Turn to the Patient Complaints Board or IVO

If you want to make a complaint outside of our operations, you can contact:
The Patient Complaints Board in your region - if you want support in expressing your views.
The Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) - if you believe that the care caused serious harm or risk of harm
